Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unused skate hardware or apparel in its original shipping box, ensuring all tags and protective plastics remain intact.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our team inspects the gear for signs of use or damage, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
