How long does shipping take for deck orders?
Domestic orders typically process within 1-2 business days. Shipping usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location. International shipping times vary by country.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unused products in their original shrink-wrap within 30 days of purchase. Please note that once a skateboard has been assembled or gripped, it cannot be returned.
Do April decks come with griptape?
Standard deck purchases do not include griptape unless specified as a bundle or complete. You can add your preferred griptape to your cart separately before checkout.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as digital payment options like PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Can I track my international shipment?
Yes, once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number. International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties.
What happens if my board arrives damaged?
If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect or transit damage, please contact our support team immediately with photos of the packaging and the product for a replacement.
